Hi John,

1) At the end of the post. Why don't you use a check box at the bottom of a the reply form, like you use for "Preview" and "Use Fixed Font". Serious posters could select it to validate their "prediction". People would begin to ignore "buy buy buy" without a quote posted.

2) Make it a single line, using a format not allowed otherwise in messages, to confirm "valid quote".

3) Possibly volume? That should be all that is required.
