But TI's outlook for 'C6x is very good. ti.com That this chip is basically available is good news. To the extent this chip is used for ADSL/DMT, Amati will receive royalties (but there are other uses for the chip). I can't remember Amati's stated position, but I don't believe they plan to use the chip themselves. Perhaps someone else could help me out here.
