Larry, Actually it is even more interesting that in the examples you cite we haven't really seen the normal weakness associated with an offering - indeed sometimes quite the contrary. Don't know if it is a liquidity phenomenon (bigger = better), the result of the underwriters pounding on some institutional doors or something else, but it certainly is encouraging. Of course the examples you cite have all been pretty high quality stocks - doubt if the same thing would happen if you drop a tier or two in quality level. Peter
