Had to exercise options by 4:20 p.m. Friday Per Fidelity!:

Equity Options must be exercised by 4:20 eastern time on the third Friday of the month. The stock was well below 90 at this time, so I can't see too many Nov 90 call option holders willing to buy the stock at 90 when it was at 86.
