Zead, the more knowledgable people here will probably
respond soon. Until then, would you mind giving a few
details? Did you install Windows 95 over Windows 98?
If yes, that could be the problem: installing an older
version over a newer one.

Could you back up all your personal files? If yes, then
it may be best to do so. Then reformat the hard disk and
install Windows 95. If it was me, I'd probably bite the
bullet and buy the Windows 98 CD. But I would still format
the disk and start clean.

We'll see what the experts say soon.
