From what I can tell, The group that is now New Cinema Partners Inc took over the VNIN (Valence 9 Development Inc.) shell to become a public trading company then did a 1 for 800 reverse split and then changed the name and ticker to NCPP. All of this in my opinion is pretty normal for a company to do when taking over a shell. As far as the filing requirements go,Someone should really talk to the company to see what there plans are. Just watching from the sidelines.....
