william - - it appears by the news this morning that management agrees with you on alta value being at least $4 /share. as all us long term shareholders know alta needs financing and instead of issuing more stock they are issuing convertible debentures which can be converted at $4. this appears to be good news. gold as everyone knows is way down and alta is still making a profit. and share price is holding up well in comparison to other mining companies. anyone else have any opinions or facts/news. good luck to all on this one. i now hold it at a loss, but know it is due mostly to a down gold market and will wait patiently as long as the company fundamentals hold out.
