Interactive Telesis Files Form 10-SB with Securities and Exchange Commission to Become a Fully Reporting Company
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 19, 1999--Interactive Telesis Inc. (``ITI') (OTCBB:TSIS - news), a leader in interactive corporate communications, today announced that it filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting company.
The company's Form 10-SB will be available for viewing via the SEC Web site at sec.gov by searching the EDGAR database.
The Form 10-SB is currently under review by the SEC and must clear comments to become effective. ITI's audited financial statements under US GAAP compliance for the fiscal years ending July 31, 1999 and July 31, 1998 respectively are included with the said filing.
These steps further the company's goal to consistently advance its status and visibility among its shareholders and the investing public.
