as far as the price movement, my own thoughts are that the OTCbb market in general has suffered a traumatic decline the last few months as reporting requirements have phased in. It introduces a great level of uncertainty about the future of any individual issue, as to whether they will maintain their listing or be delisted to the pink sheets. Many companies meeting the reporting requirements have recovered well. There is a phase - in rule which you can review here

and also find a schedule of deadlines for remaining companies to comply. It goes alphabetically.
