Either they put out a newspiece regarding IPO of one of their affiliates which could easily end up in a "sell the news" effect, or it is a general blues in the market. For me it is not much different than ICCSA (which is not worth much and has a boatload of common shares from a placement overhanging, but...is rising steadily, and up to 22 from a $4 low).

It's the bull market which leads to automatic upbidding...as long as stocks like phone.com or CMRC can reach $200, 300 and incredible market values, not to speak of SCMR, AKAM, COBT, then it is a difficult time to short. RRRR, amongst some others are in view because of the float, as well as the continued stock supply.
