David,
Whoops. Sorry I missed your first post. I caught your second one about your slight frustration about no GraphOn comments and didn't understand your frustration. Now I do.

I agree with what you wrote. I have to say, my overall concern isn't so much what is factual (as someone else pointed out, "Don't believe all you read about Citrix"), but what will be percieved if/when GraphOn goes after CTXS in court. That is my concern. But if enough investors understand in advance, that the case probably has little merit, it should not do to much damage to CTXS (wishful thinking).

Who knows? Kind of depends upon how the big shots of Wall Street want to spin it. If they don't have a position and want to establish one, they'll blow a GraphOn attack out of context. If they are already in CTXS, then they'll make sure they ignore it.

As you say, I guess we just have to wait for some more facts to decide ourselves the validity of a potential GraphOn legal attack.

What do you make of the RDP comments? Do you agree with what I wrote? And do you, or anyone, know if the writer was accurate? Was part of the agreement(that expires now) between MSFT and CTXS a provision that stated MSFT was not allowed to give away RDP clients for free?

PS MikeB thanks for the 2001 ASP clarification.
