Chuck, while I will admit the prospect sounds remote, there is more logical
basis for this than many I have heard!
Actually, when the true nature of the acquisition about to be announced
becomes apparent, some people are probably going to be disappointed.
Others will be satisfied that it meets their stated objectives.
Yes, common sense is called for, in fact, the acquisition target company
has already been indirectly referred to in a number of posts on ADGI.
People have either forgotten, didn't know, or choose not to believe.

Less than a year ago shares of SEXI were going for 17 cents, in fact
if you think about it, the general strategy of both companies is
very similar, acquisition of income producing EXISTING companies.
