Trading Halted Pending an Announcement The stock did not trade Friday pending an announcement from the company. Presumably, the deal for Carbite Golf Inc. to take over Carbite Inc. of San Diego is either complete or close to completion. I understand that, given the company's growth, there are many,many interested parties looking at the company. Once the stock resumes trading on Monday(?) we may see some good action. Then again,.......what if the news is that the deal failed?....... My information indicates that this is NOT an option. Bill
