Unless there is reason to buy the stock......like good results in the new stores and good sales from x-mas..,,etc It is possible ...first of all that a lot of the P will not be converted....there is no reason to convert unless a lot of people start shorting the common to deliver the P....The P can trade for 2 years before it has to be converted...but one thing for sure the price has to be more in line to 6 to 1....that is for sure...either the P goes up or the common goes down....that you can count on
