I'm not surprised and I appreciate the honesty.

Your admission of minimizing the importance of fundamentals for interet stocks is pretty mainstream, but I don't think it is totally unimportant.

I think it is just different than normal valuations placed on non-tech stocks because of the growth and momentum factors.

The theory that you suggest, if I have it right, is volume and price have some cause/effect relationship.

I have heard of some theories regarding this relationship, one of them is a stock coming out of a base with higher and higher volume will break to the upside significantly. I give that theory some credence, as many times it does pan out.

I am confused a little. For example, you mentioned that price goes up when demand exceeds supply, suggesting that price is related to the float. However, plenty of stocks go up without running anywhere near into their float. So, I am not sure how this dynamic works, but I definitely want to know.

Just a skeptic doing my DD.
