HRP and SNH advice needed Hi, I am seeking opinions about 2 REITS, HRP and the spin-off SNH. My brother-in-law has owned HRP since 5/94 and his account is being "managed" by a full-service broker. Is there any chance at all that these 2 will come back at all by the end of the year? Or would the consensus opinion be to sell them now and reinvest in practically anything else. Help needed, as we no longer trust the broker and we have not been following REITS enough to give any opinion? Thanks in advance for any comments.
