From The
President?s Desk

Our Valued Shareholders: I would like to take this
opportunity to update you on some of the events that have
taken place since our last Newsletter. These events are
very exciting and encouraging for a start-up Company such
as L.O.M. Medical International.

We are attracting high profile investors who are well
known by the medical industry, as well as medical
publishing journals that very often influence the brokerages
and market makers who are out there promoting our stock
to the various fund managers. This is becoming more
evident as the company is getting closer to trading.

At our September 25th , 1999 Board of Directors
Meeting held in our Vancouver Office, I reported our
position to the Board in regards to trading. The company is
presently cleared to commence trading, and can do so,
once the Board gives me the vote to go ahead and trade.
The Board reminded me that certain objectives would
have to be met before their approval to commence trading
can be given, namely that the Offering Memorandum for
the one million shares at $5.00 U.S. be placed. The
Boards position on this matter was well supported at the
Annual Shareholders Meeting, which was held in Kelowna
on April 23, 1999.

There are several companies we are negotiating with
regarding the placement. L.O.M. Medical is currently
negotiating with a New Jersey brokerage firm, who are
major market makers for the Eastern United States.

Sincerely,
John Klippenstein,
President & CEO
