The LiveCharts java applet chart server is located on the same LAN as the Continuum Servers that you are connecting to with QCharts. When you are having trouble connecting to our server over the internet chances are that the Livecharts charts servers won't have this same problem because that connection is on the LAN. And you are able to get data on that connection to our web server because it takes much less powerful a connection to power one small little chart and ten quote updates than it does to power QCharts with unlimited numbers of charts and symbols.

You should realize that your QCharts account gives you access to the real-time version of livecharts. this makes for a good backup for you in case you are having trouble.
