Ron, thanks for the tip. I tend to use folders to lump them together ... but lost a bunch when AOL decided to drop me from AOL 3.0 and bump me up to 4.0 one day - maybe I'll use a floppy as backup. I had already tried 4.0 but as it made me crash all the time ... well ... I assume 5.0 has a few bugs in it as well so will wait till they bump me again (GG). Cheers Stephen
