o Q3'99 - Computation Group Sales: $368M (55% of total revenues)
        - Memory group Sales: $206M (31%)
        - Communication group Sales: $70M (11%)
        - Other Sales: $18M (3%)<- ($11M from Lattis-Vantis related Fab work)
        - Net Sales - $662M
        - CG&A, R&D, & interest Expenses- ~$768M
        - CC Info - $850M break even, low double digit growth in the Flash 
          Business Memory group), 800K Athlons production

o Recent Analysts Meeting - 1M K7 shipments possible,
                            Athlon 750 & k6-3 533 releases in Dec'99

o Average EPS Estimate (from Yahoo) -  20 Cents loss
