Watch the Atkins Diet ...I had to modify it to get down to 185lbs. The fat was fackin with my sleep...

too much fat will fack up your heart if your over 30. And EXERCISE atleast 30 minutes a day. Later on you can exercise approx 3 times a week to keep it off...I recommend the "Old man jog" on the treadmill for you guys...It will help you loose the weight faster. You can also get these sticks that when you piss on them it tells you how much fat is in you urine... That way you know if your eating too much carbs....

After all it is very diffcult to stay on atkins or loose on atkins and then keep it off...

If order too loose it and keep it off you will have to exercise...You will never be able to keep the carbs completely out of your life... So loose it, and then eat moderate meals with 1/2 cards or less, and exercise moderately...and drink whiskey and light beer.
