i do the stair master for 30 minutes
and then the tread morning at 5 am and play raquetball every
night,plus still weight train..there is no old fat person here..
i did atkins 15 years ago when i got into bodybuilding
and went from 225 football weight to 158 to middle class division
in body building...
atkins- must do vitamins to maintain a lot of the things you are not getting in your diet..first you have to knock down before you can build back up..

have a raquetball game at 7 am tomorrow followed by a 9 am basketball game...you bring yourself to florida and we will see who has energy to keep up with who...lol
