<<3Com stockholders are much better off if 3Com is not acquired by anybody, at least until it distributes Palm to its stockholders. 3Com's move is primarily due to the realization of the value of Palm, and secondarily due to the acknowledgement of its fine financial condition and its prospects in the networking business.>> I couldn't agree more. I would be enormously pissed if the company was acquired before Palm was spun off.
