Christine/Bill - I did read that far. And you have my complete sympathy and understanding. Especially the part of not wanting to have to look your customers in the eye and reassure them. You KNOW Chairman Bill is [NOT] going to standup & look everyone in the eye... wbn.com wbn.com And just in case you read the details... that "de9846" means 1998, 46th week. It's clearly a web document numbering scheme that's going to have a problem come 0001 (2000, 1st week). - David
