POSC makes PET Cameras. Imatron Japan, 20% owned by IMAT has orders for Positron PET Cameras that cost $1.5M each. POSC was broke. IMAT loaned POSC $700,000 and helped them restucture and get working capital through a stock issue. IMAT got there $700,000 back and 9M shares of POSC which is worth $5M today. Preaty sweet huh! I originally thought POSC's PET unit was better than GE's and the other guy's. Now I'm not sure. Stock is pretty rich here. LOOK at MRKR Read the 8K and 10Q. A real bargain. More so if it snows
