While the shell may be reasonably clean, there are 44,352,042 common shares outstanding. Directors and officers control 16.1MM shares. At Friday's close of $.20 per share, the market is valuing the shell at $8.9 MM. Pretty pricey. The stock may run for a while but the holders of this shell are ultimately not going to bank that $8.9 MM. JMHO. The 10-KSB can be found at: sec.gov
