HERC announced conversion/placement of preferred shares today... majority already done and the rest soon. biz.yahoo.com S. Steven Carl: "With the conversion of all of the Class A Convertible Preferred Stock, the overhang of the conversion will no longer be a factor in our trading activity." Still upbeat news. Val H.
