Canada may be Y2K threat ? Although it gets high marks for Y2K readiness, Canada apparently has three strikes against it: It is the United States' largest trading partner, it is highly technology-reliant and its computers are heavily integrated with U.S. networks.
In other words, Canada is a threat because it is just like the U.S. But the government says that the U.S. is doing well on the y2k front.
