There were some observing, through level 2, the first day that the
underwriter was holding the price down to obtain more shares.
Then there was the over-allotment. I am surprized the price
has gone up so fast. I was thinking this might be like INIT,
which took awhile. I do feel this is being set up for a run to
benefit some interested parties. Not sure if they will try and shake people out first though. Just a theory.
