Let me explain that again: It was Ballard that invented the PEM cells, not D-B,
which has been using them in the NECARs. So D-B has no inherent PEM technology
of its own to donate to Ballard. The fact that, amazingly, the so-called value
of D-B's so called PEM technology happened to come to exactly $10 per
Ballard share purchased, shows that it was a made up number.

Ballard sold its stock for C$25 per share cash. I do not think that that was
a bad deal for Ballard shareholders. I am just pointing out the facts.
