Let us not forget those PREFERRED SHARES that convert at 10 to 1. Have more of those been issued? There were a bunch out earlier. Those wouldn't appear in the total that you have just quoted. Why would you attempt to make this representation again. Are you that desperate to find anything to say about this company?
