A form 144 from another seller in North Carolina. This one uses a company name, "Willow Holdings", and a fake phone number, to hide his identity, but I found that "Willow Holdings" is named in another SEC filing identifying its owner as Peter McClory. That filing says McClory is also a director of HTTNE, a thinly-traded Vancouver stock trading on the BB for 2 1/2. Its form 10 says it is "a development stage company that intends to develop turnkey facilities capable of producing organic-based fertilizers from animal residues such as hog and poultry manure." Which means, I suppose, that one could say HTTNE is a little chicken sht* company.
