Have you "suspected" this enough that you have sold MSFT short or bought puts? Or is this just another "opinion" for the benefit of "the thread".

In all honesty, I also feel that the appointment of a mediator is a non-event. But then I also felt that MSFT was always a monopoly, The fact that a court found its way to the truth after so many millions of taxpayer dollars were spent is a travesty of justice. What concerns me most is that justice won't recognize that, in MSFT's case, some monopolies can be advantageous to our society.
