I just read about the first half of the 10SB12G. Must be nice Spence to issue yourself voting control of the company at the shareholders expense. I took my losses after the reverse but had continued watching to see if I might want back in. Silly me. I'm gone, subject mark removed. I hope the SEC or someone's lawyers get you.
