Option exercise $11M (assumes a complete option exercise by year-end)

I still say you are counting the $8M from already-exercised options twice. That money, for the most part, went to pay off the revolving credit line, and as such is NOT cash.

Sounds like you're describing a turnaround situation here - they make very good investments.

Not for me they don't. Every "turnaround" play I've bought into turned right back around and bit me. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but then again maybe the fact that a business has had a rough few years isn't a good reason to expect a good year after all.

A turnaround with real growth prospects is even better and a tiny-cap turnaround with growth prospects is the best

So what are these "growth prospects"? They get whatever is handed to them and like it. That's their only business, handling the overflow from other distributors.

Whatever happened to all that Furby business that was supposed to be the salvation of this company, anyway?
