Why would anyone think that a change of government would cool antitrust law down. Judge Jackson is a right-wing Republican named to the bench by Ronald Reagan in 1982. His analysis is pretty childish, he just likes different monopolists (like Sun Microsystems) and thinks that the first monopolist (Netscape) should be allowed to dominate the market without disturbance.
