You have succinctly summarized what has transprired with IMUL over the last several months. Many of these events are little understood by the investment public i.e...the German retreat.

I saw reference to MIT. Are you on the staff? I have a relative Dr. John Carroll on the staff that I'll be visiting this Summer for his sons' wedding.
