Adam,

I picked up 500 shares at 5 1/2 and 500 more at 5. I don't plan to
purchase more unless kkro hits 4. At 4 I'll buy 250 and if the stock hits 3 1/2 I'll buy 250 more. The last time I called investor relations I asked if Q1 the company would be cash positive. That call was made several months ago and kkro said they will hold to the comments made at the shareholder meeting about being cash positive by 1997. If that meant Q1 I do not know.

At the moment I'm sitting on a loss. My cost basis is around 6 7/8, although I did purchase a good chunk of my stock at 8 15/16.

I have no additional news concerning the stock. Where are you located? Do you have any information about how a restaurant near you is doing?
