Agree this is overvalued. I shorted 10 days ago at 11 3/8, then covered yesterday at 11 3/8 again. Not so sure about when to get back in...I've learned the hard way that when the sheep get a "concept" stock they can understand in 10 seconds, sometimes they can run it up and destory the shorts who have the right idea but are early (I shorted Vivus at 60, covered at 64, watched it run to about 80 then all the way back down...I was right but early). If you have advice I would like to hear about timing ideas on this one. I feel it could make a new high in the next week...has been strong in the face of nasdaq weakness.
