I don't believe the MTCI shell has any assets right now. Just some debt and still a huge REG s overhang. I do feel however that stockholders were defrauded from their holdings. After all, it was those people who bought all those dumped Reg S shares on the open market that really funded the company and allowed it stay in business. I think we have a strong case legally and could block a buyout and get a decent settlement....if we had a good securities lawyer behind us. Anyone care to pursue this? I frankly don't have the expertise or resources, thanks in no small part to MTCI! Joe
