What are everyone's thoughts on TCP and the general outlook for the mobile phone market in Brazil?

Is it safe to assume that the wireless scene in Brazil will become just as competitive in Brazil as it currently is in the U.S and Europe with major multinationals such as T and WCOM moving in?
