The following is only my observations and opinions.
Let me clarify my earlier Honda/Hyundai comparison. No.... Dialogic is clearly the Hyundai here with individual investors hyping the stock like it was a Honda. The stock is over hyped and not worth the price of the Honda. Probably now not even worth the price of a wrecked one either.

What is really important here is not just my opinion. Look at the company over the long haul. Use past performance to look at the big picture...This thread goes way back. Please read what others had to say. Many intelligent contributors have come and gone. Some people will always post.

Also...The Internet contains so many ways to gather data. We can now use it as a tool to find information about companies. Tools to aid us in making our investment decisions....and presently, free of charge.

As for me....I remain long on DLGC. I am very frustrated with this company that was once considered "The Microsoft of CTI". I am also disappointed with Howard Bubb, the President and CEO of this company.
In the 1996 Annual Report that I have just finished reading, I keep remembering the theme in his opening "To Our Shareholders" statement. The theme now is the Internet. He notes how 1995's report did not mention the Internet once. The feeling I get from this statement is the lets wait and see attitude with regard to the Internet and Dialogic Corporation's part in it.

I'm no technological genius and we all know how fast the Internet has grown in the last year....BUT.... I do not control a company that invests more in R&D than most of it's competitors have in total revenue. Like Dialogic, that is. But I did know of the Internet three years ago and I began to dabble in it 2 years ago. One year ago it was where I spent the majority of my time while computing. I just cannot believe a company like Dialogic allows the CEO to take that position with the Internet. That was either very, VERY smart or ........

Thanks again to all for your contributions.
