Rick, The old board was returned. It is scary to think what would happen to ORI if the people who ran BYG and are still "running" TYG, took control. It's not a great situation right now in many ways, hopefully things are in better shape when the gold market becomes a more attractive place to invest. Sincerely, Al Cern
