David, Go back and check out the ANYI press releases..... About 1/2 of the 3 million ANYI common shares are going to get called in and cancelled in about 10 days.......traded in on 1 year restricted prefered shares....3 for 2....+ a dividend after 1 year for those who wish to participate. I think it was a condition for new financing......and to get shares off the street.....enhance investor confidence.....and so on. You must have sold your ANYI.....or you would have received the lock-up letter yesterday......or you will get it tomorrow. I don't know. ANYI is trying to start over.......get it rolling. Do the Dew. bg
