Hiram, Good call! The put/call ratio is backing off and a short term buy is in for the DJIA, INTC and now BAY. Sell signal on CSCO. Looks like the mid $17's will be it for BAY with a near term move above $21. Strong accumulation is now underway. Three weeks until the House "vision" breakout. Sam
