Larry, your theory makes a lot of sense. But if Harmon can't improve on ML's list, then why bother with one of his own? I mean excluding inkt and rnwk as well as gnet? Not to even mention the exclusion of such first-tier b2bs as arba, cmrc or icge. COME ON!!!

This is just another example of Harmon LOSING HIS GRIP! Granted, the proliferation of inet players makes tracking them all difficult. But perhaps he's spending too much time playing entrepreneur?

Fine, but his net30 list is the result!
