If by a $13 stock you are talking about that figure as an average range of everyday trading you may be right about the time frame. However, IFLO looks good from the technical side to pop to the mid 7's within 3-4 weeks. IFLO has undergone a rather protracted consolidation that ran from January to May and the move to six is but the first of a possible 3 leg move, the second taking it to 7's and the third (not as sure here) to 9.

I'm in recently at 4 7/8 and never got the pullback to 3 3/4 I was looking for.

Yesterday's trading was an encouragement as good support appears to have been found at 5. IFLO, to a candlestick chartist, made a strong hammer that could touch off a rally here.
