I think it is a very weak statement. I think it says, "We had our hands in the cookie jar, mommy, but we really meant to tell you..."

I think, at this point, that QDEL will lose. The question remains how to factor in to the share price.

P.S. I am long on QDEL, having averaged down twice. The wife is in medical field; the prospects of H.pylori test are astounding...
