Kai Mannesmann is 60 % owned by foreign investors. So there is still a chance, that Mr. Gent will get this deal through Good point. You should add that after the Orange acquisition I believe that percentage rises to about 70%. What interests me the most is what I don't know. The management board may not have fully supported Esser on Friday. The supervisory board meets this Sunday. And who knows what happens inbetween. As a shareholder this is interesting to say the least.
