Did all investors fall asleep?

This is another very nice press release. I just don't understand
why the price does not move. Maybe investors waiting to see the
quarterly results which will be released at the of April. I am very
confident that this numbers will prove the ongoing improvements
at the Company. I personally think this is a bargain and i did
average down again.

Any other opinions around.
